Could the annual price of your service (website) increase next year?

Yes and no. The annual renewal fee for your website will not change. For a new client, the current rate may increase. Each client can renew their website at the same annual rate they already have, with no increase. If a client cancels their website service and later decides to return, the rate in effect at that time will apply

Does my website belong to me?

Only the content of your website belongs to you. The source code (the software itself and the licenses included) does not belong to you. If you want to take the source code with you, you must purchase an exclusive use license, starting at a minimum of $5,000 or more.

Is the payment required upfront, when placing the order?

No, payment is required at the end, once your website is fully developed, but before it is published under your name. Once the payment is received, we will put your website online under your name: www.yourwebsite.com

How can I see the progress and ongoing development of my website?

We will send you a temporary link to access your website during its development.
You can then follow the progress and ongoing development of your website.

Will the renewal of my website be done automatically?

No, the renewal is not automatic.
Each year, we will send you an email asking whether you would like to renew your Website or not. To keep your Website Active, you must agree to renew it annually at the rate of ($950/year) or ($95/month).

What is your procedure for creating a bilingual website?

Your website must first be online and fully active. For a bilingual website, an additional 50% of the regular price applies, which is ($475), payable upfront at the time of the order - this fee is charged only once. After that, the renewal of your bilingual website will follow the regular rate of ($950/year) or ($95/month). Once the payment ($475) is received, we begin developing the bilingual version directly on your live website.
This amount of $475 is non refundable.

Do you offer a refund if I cancel my service?

You may cancel at any time, and you will be refunded for the current month and any remaining months. You simply need to contact us.
